Preparation Method:
(3-ethoxy-2,6-difluorophenyl)boronic acid can be prepared by the following methods:
1. boric acid and dichloromethane are added to a reaction flask under anhydrous and oxygen-free conditions, and trifluoroacetic acid and pyrophosphoryl fluoride are added as catalysts.
2. At low temperature, 2,6-difluoro-3-ethoxyphenyl chloride is added and reacted for several hours to obtain the product.
3. Finally, the product was crystallized and washed, and purified to obtain (3-ethoxy-2,6-difluorophenyl)boronic acid.
